Note: If you are a paid user, if you decide to submit this form, your profile will be removed with immediate effect and your subscription (if via Stripe or GoCardless) will be cancelled. You will not be refunded for the current billing cycle, and you will be unable to continue to use the service (sending or receiving Instant Matches) even if your billing cycle still has time on it. If you have paid for a non-standard plan, your profile will not be promoted on Instagram. Although we will cancel your subscription from further renewals as long as this is submitted at least 2 working days before your renewal date, you will lose out on any outstanding time on your current billing cycle. It is your choice to cancel early and we will not be able to re-activate your profile after this form is submitted, so we advise you submit near the end of the cycle.
If you are a FREE female user, your request must be submitted after 10 working days of registration to work, even if you receive the acknowledgement email for this. Please note that such FREE users submitting this you may NOT be able to register again for up to 6 months on our service, as repeated registrations and deletions disrupt our service.
